Feature (1): Expanding applications by improving precision
In general, press working is less precise than machining, which is why the production of high-precision metal parts relies on cutting and other machining processing. We have specialized in cylindrical shapes to improve press working accuracy, and have made it possible to accomplish cylindrical deep drawing of standard stainless steel with a dimensional tolerance of 0.03 mm. The use of this technology allows us to manufacture high-precision parts by using press working instead of machining, enabling mass production at a significantly reduced cost.

Cylindrical drawing alone produces a pipe-shaped part with a closed end. Our company can also process these parts into various shapes, making it possible to apply deep drawing processing to a wider range of fields. 1.
