At Ganko-ya, which is committed to homegrown meat and vegetables, we have just released a new variety of gyoza, based on Ryukyu's black pig chagu. It is served in a size that makes it easy to eat and comes with crispy skin. We purchase low-cholesterol chagu meat in blocks and mince and blend it in-house with other ingredients.

Without using garlic, the product is richly-flavored and mild and leaves a light taste.
