We procure rice from farmers in Niigata, mill the rice, and deliver it to customers directly from the production area. We directly buy rice from farmers, therefore, no margin is required. Koshihikari produced in Uonuma
Everyone knows that Koshihikari is the premier rice brand. 
Gifts from the land throughout all four seasons give Koshihikari produced in Uonuma an overwhelmingly rich aroma and taste, and a strong sweet flavor that spreads in your mouth. The “enthusiasm” of experienced farmers for maintaining and improving the quality also enhances the deliciousness of the rice. 
We hope that people will enjoy not only the delicious taste but also “a feeling of happiness” when they eat freshly cooked rice. We place such hope in the product.
Shinnosuke is a long-awaited rice cultivar developed in commemoration of the “120th anniversary of rice research” in Niigata Prefecture. It has been on sale to the public since 2017. 
Shinnosuke was developed by pursuing a different delicious taste from that of Koshihikari produced in Niigata. Therefore, grains of Shinnosuke are larger than those of Koshihikari and have glossy skin, and it has a deep sweet flavor. 
We established the Shinnosuke Research Group and developed Shinnosuke with competent farmers. We hope you will enjoy the results.
Koshihikari produced in Shitada
It is Koshihikari produced in Sanjo City (formerly Shitada), Niigata Prefecture. 
The Shitada district is adjacent to the Uonuma district. In the districts, there is a significant difference in temperature between day and night, and nutrient-rich snowmelt flows in paddy fields, which has made the districts an excellent rice-growing area. Its appeal is its “sweet flavor which compares favorably with that of Koshihikari produced in Uonuma.” 
While it has not yet gained much recognition nationwide, we aim to publicize its flavor across Japan.
