High quality bread Preserving the manufacturing method from the time of its founding, Fujiya’s white bread has a springy texture and the more you chew, the more delicious it tastes, so you’ll never get tired of eating it everyday. Cream bread It is a traditional dish that represents Fujiya, with plenty of whole egg custard cream carefully cooked in a custom-made copper pan using Seiro brand eggs "Toku Akadama". Special miso rusk Echigo miso made from organically cultivated soybeans and homemade candy is caramelized and slowly baked at a low temperature to create a stick-shaped rusk that retains its crispness and moistness.

On the technical side, four of our employees have passed the Level 1 Bread Proficiency Test, which is a government approved certification test. In addition, the owner and chef Mr. Shibuya became the first Japanese person to win the iba cup, one of the three great world bread competitions held in Munich, Germany in September 2015.
