They have been long sellers until today supported by consumers in Niigata. • Japanese sweets business (Sasadango bamboo leaf dumplings) <Sasadango> A specialty of Niigata that has been passed down through generations, characterized by rich rustic flavor and aromas of bamboo leaves and artemisia.
