• DENEMON Daiginjo-Grade Sake
Our flagship Daiginjo-grade Sake, in which delicious aroma is blended with Niigata’s traditional light bodied and dry taste. After thorough production control and repeated Sake tasting, it is kept in the low-temperature warehouse at 0 °C, and sits there quietly until shipment. This Sake offers a harmony of taste and aroma, dry texture to the throat and refreshing aftertaste.

• DENEMON Junmai Ginjo-Grade Sake
Junmai Ginjo-grade Sake brewed 100% from rice produced in Niigata Prefecture It is a full bodied Sake produced by blending rice malt that constitutes DENEMON’s tradition and rice malt featuring specific taste and aroma, which further increased the degree of sophistication. It is characterized by its deep and lasting taste, and its mild texture.
