Business content/features

• Winding wires for RFID antenna coils, winding wire for air core coils and assembling of electronic parts.
• Trial wire winding can be provided within short periods.

Overview of main products and technologies

1. Winding wires for RFID antenna coils and winding wire for air core coils
• The wire diameter of the antenna coil is Φ0.04–Φ0.60 mm.
• The size of winding molds ranges approximately Φ1.0–Φ82.0 mm.
• For prototypes, we can accommodate even larger sizes.
• The manufacturing process include the soldering of the antenna coil and IC module, laminating, and epoxy casting curing (case manufacturing also available).
• Operating frequency is 125 KHz and 13.56 MHz.
• We have circular winding molds in various sizes available in-house 
• With constant inventory of high tags and modules, we can promptly respond to prototype making.
• We can also accommodate prototype production of various shapes of coil as well as subsequent processes (assembling).
• In addition to antenna coils for tags, we can provide antenna coils for readers and writers.
• We also work with cutting of IC modules in the reeled position.
2. Wire drawing die repair
• We can repair coils in sizes between Φ0.018mm (ultra-fine) and Φ0.20mm.
• The die external diameter is primarily Φ25 mm.
• Repair capacity: More than 3,000 units/month
• Method of measuring the inner hole size: Laser outer diameter measuring device is used
• Repair size standard: +0, -0.3–0.5μm for Φ0.05mm in size
• Drop width when repaired: 4 ^ 6μm for Φ0.05mm in size
• Repair status: We can accommodate the shapes of inner holes you require. 
• Unit price: It differs depending on the wear state of the hole, so please send us repair samples.
• Inner hole size of Φ0.100mm or larger, for special wire drawing and low-volume production before the start of mass production will be subject to consultation.
• In-house equipment: Laser outer-diameter measuring machines, ultrasonic processing machines, wire polishing machines, others
