2. Momokawa Miso <special selection> 1,100 yen for delivery, tax excluded/box (contents: 1 kg x 2 bags)
• Characteristics: Naturally brewed in barrels made of wood. Miso using the same quantities of rice malt and soy beans, and brewed without heat, providing rich aroma. With thoroughly steamed soy beans, the Miso has soft texture.
• Ingredients: Soy beans, rice, salt, alcohol 
Preservation method: Stored it in a cold and dark space 
• Production capacity: 100 boxes/day
2. Misozuke 2,000 yen for delivery, tax excluded/box (contents: 800 g x 1 bag)
• Characteristics: Authentic miso pickle made of white radishes, cucumbers, eggplants, gingers and burdock roots, which are pickled with miso a number of times so that miso tastes are soaked sufficiently. 
• Ingredients: White radishes, cucumbers, eggplants, gingers and burdock roots, miso, Mirin and alcohol 
• Suggested way of serving: Shred it for cooked warm rice, as well as chazuke and lunch boxes
• Production capacity: 50 boxes/day
