• Further pursuit of machining technology for machining and grinding powder metallurgy. Our staff are trained so that they can process other materials, not only in powder metallurgy. Promoting acquisition of national certifications, (NC turning, machining). Our two employees have acquired 1st class NC turning certificate, one acquired 2nd class NC turning certificate, three acquired 1st class machining center certificate, and one acquired 2nd class machining center certificate.
Overview of main products and technologies
• Our processing facilities
NC lathe (with loader: 60 units from TAKAMAZ machines), MC (vertical machining center: 8 units from DMG MORI), angular grinders, and rotary grinders. In addition, the measuring equipment we use include roundness measuring equipment, 3D measuring equipment (one unit each for CNC and the manual machine), measurement microscopes, shape measurement machines, and roughness meters.
