Established in 1921 in what is now Sado City, Niigata Prefecture, and moved to our current location in 1931, we have been engaging in Kamaboko (fish paste) making with the commitment to quality that is unique to Niigata Prefecture. We are strongly committed to delivering genuine delicious tastes from the Japan Sea full of seafood, and focused on skilled craftsmanship that is important for the flavor of Kamaboko (fish paste).

Overview of main products and technologies
1. Special Steamed Kamaboko Snow Brand red/white [(refrigeration-needed (1℃– 10℃) 250 g/unit] 
• Characteristics: Consistently using the same manufacturing method for 40 years since its first release, it has a high arch shape with fine chirimen wrinkles on its surface, which embody warm feeling. This is how Marusu-kamaboko’s “Steamed Kamaboko” is produced. Using quality fish paste and adding pike conger, a luxurious fish, it is prepared to offer rich flavor of fish.
• Ingredients: (Red) fish meat (codfish and conger eel), starch, egg white, fermented seasoning, salt, sugar, seasoning (amino acid), corn oil, fish sauce, fish oil, pH adjuster, alum, and coloring (cochineal) (wheat and soy beans are included in the ingredients) 
2. Cheese datemaki roll with marble patterns (small) (refrigeration-needed (1℃–10℃) 201g/unit]
• Characteristics: It is a datemaki roll you can enjoy as desert like sweets produce using generous amount of freshly squeezed milk from Hokkaido and cream cheese from Australia.
• Ingredients: Chicken eggs, sugar, fish meat, milk, natural cheese, sweet cooking rice wine, starch, processed cheese, salt, lemon juice, aroma chemical (wheat and soybeans are included in some ingredients)
