Our business and characteristics

1. Niigata-produced naturally colored pickled daikon [280 yen per daikon (manufacturer's recommended price) (volume: 20 daikon x 1)]

Characteristics: Tasty pickled daikon from Akatsuka, Niigata, without using preservatives or colorants, and with bonito flakes

Ingredients: Daikon, bonito flakes, red pepper, sweetened sake, brewed vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, salt

Other: After unbagging it, store it in a refrigerator and eat it as early as you can.

Production capacity: 100,000 pieces per month

2. Sweetened miso-preserved daikon (M) [300 yen per daikon (manufacturer's recommended price) (volume: 20 daikon x 1)]

Characteristics: Finished as sweetened miso-preserved daikon with a mild taste by using the flavor of Echigo Miso.

Ingredients: Daikon, miso, sweetened sake, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, high fructose corn syrup

Other: After unbagging it, store it in a refrigerator and eat it as early as you can.
