- Strengths: The authentic and additive-free Miso, thoroughly matured in cedar barrels for one year,
is finished by craftsmen with proficient skills who determine the degrees of boiling rice as well as soybeans and the making of rice mold and who put taste and flavor first. We believe that the Miso will satisfy you in terms of its color, gloss, and smell. Please try the traditional taste that reminds you of home, at least once.  
- Ingredients: Soybeans, rice, and salt
- Good recipe for miso soup: When the soup containing ingredients is adequately boiled, put the Miso into it, quickly boil the miso soup, and then eat it. Please note that too much boiling or boiling the miso soup twice will spoil the nutrients and flavor of the Miso.

Since it has a mild taste and smell, it can be poured onto sashimi and other dishes without being processed. Furthermore, even if it is boiled well, its taste and flavor are not spoiled. Please try the high-grade Soy Sauce, of which we are really proud, at least once.  
- Ingredients: Defatted soybeans, wheat, salt, amino acid solution, sugar, spices, and preservative
- Additional description: We sell the Soy Sauce to not only home consumers, but also soba noodle shops and restaurants. It has earned a reputation that its taste does not change even when it is boiled repeatedly or for a long time. Please try it at least once.
