- Hand-made soy-sauce rice crackers
Each of them is carefully and manually grilled by flames of charcoal. Their main raw material is only (100%) Niigata Koshihikari Rice, the soy sauce used is a mixture of four types of soy sauces, and no chemical seasonings are used at all to produce the rice crackers. The aroma of charcoal contributes to the taste. They are orthodox rice crackers grilled by flames of charcoal and can be said to be a pioneer rice cracker grilled by such a method.

Five types of rice crackers are contained in one package. They are soy sauce, sesame, black soybean, laver, and sugar rice crackers. We recommend the assortment to customers who want to taste different tastes at once.

Message from the CEO

We have been continuously producing rice crackers for 43 years. The raw material of the crackers, to which we pay special attention, is boiled Niigata Koshihikari Rice which is steamed in steamers and then kneaded. Charcoal used for grilling the rice crackers is "cut charcoal made from oak trees" produced in Iwate Prefecture. Our craftsmen manually grill each of the rice crackers. We provide five types of rice crackers that include the following: Simple hand-made soy-sauce rice crackers, sesame rice crackers kneaded with black sesame, and black soybean rice crackers kneaded with black soybeans produced in Hokkaido. In addition, we offer assortment boxes which contain different types of rice crackers and which can be presented as gifts. Please try our hand-made rice crackers, grilled by flames of charcoal, at least once.
