We design and manufacture transformers (we can do toroidal coils), assemble PCBs, assemble units, arrange wiring, measure, and assemble boards.

We have workers ranging from those in their 20s and 30s to senior employees in their 60s and 70s and have been working to create a professional group with a focus on young workers. In October 2019, 3 staff passed electronics assembly technician level 1, and 2 staff passed level 2. Furthermore, our younger staff use IT to acquire skills by watching videos of skilled workers and comparing techniques so that they can copy their skills. We are also planning to use smart glasses.
To inspect units, we previously had to use a lot of measuring instruments on many machines and enter the measurements into the test data for submission. We now connect the measuring instruments directly to a PC and automatically import the measurements into the test data; therefore, we have been able to minimize input errors and improve our work. We currently have ten machines including coil automatic testers and protective relay automatic testers. We produce wiring checkers in-house, ensuring no miswiring even with wiring arrangements of close to 1000 wires, which produces stable quality that pleases our customers.
Forming printed circuit boards is done with a 3D printer, improving efficiency and quality. We are highly regarded by our customers. We receive requests for various types of wiring that needs to be shaped using coils, and because we are able to create the form with a 3D printer, we are able to offer proposals to our customers. Naturally, quality is important, so the test data of the coils that have been ordered is created using an automatic tester, and we then submit the data to customers. In addition, we have recently been engaged in joint development with an IT company to create a machine that uses AI to find solder defects. With our technicians that are skilled in the use of electronic equipment and the 70 years of expertise that we have accumulated, we aim for zero defects. We are working steadily toward transforming our town factory into an IT company.
