[Business content] Metalworking using NC lathes, machining centers, and general-purpose lathes We support materials such as copper, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and other designated material processing. The processing sizes are φ250 × 1300 for NC lathes and up to 750 for machining centers. [Flow of transactions] We provide an estimate after receiving drawings from the customer. However, we may propose an even better form or processing method based on the use and drawings provided. [Features] With a small number of people, we can work in an agile manner. In regard to delivery times in particular, we do our best to support our customers’ requirement.
Overview of main products and technologies
[Main products] We have a wealth of experience in processing important parts for social infrastructure, such as connecting rods for power plants and power facilities, and components for rolling stock. Our strength is in producing everything from small lots of several items to medium-level mass production (several hundred to a thousand items). [Strengths] We have confidence in our technical capabilities. We handle a lot of troublesome processing that is not accepted by many others. We are highly regarded by research and development departments for our support in difficult processing. We also have heat-treatment and shot-blast facilities. In addition, we accept casting + finishing and even plating in cooperation with partner companies.

For many years, we have been working on turning drawings into tangible forms as a partner company of a major local company. We make the most of the metalworking expertise that we have accumulated to date to respond to the demands of our customers. Although our company is only made up of a small number of people, all of our staff have a high level of processing skill, and we are also equipped with the latest pressing facilities. We wish to conduct business in the Kanto and southern Tohoku regions.
