Since our foundation, we have been inheriting traditional techniques, devoting ourselves to confectionery making.
Since we started making starch syrup candies in a place along the Kaga Road more than 400 years ago (in the Bunroku period), we have been inheriting the traditional techniques for generations, and now we are a "Big Starch Syrup Candy Shop" along the Road. We are honored that we had provided our products to the past lords of Takada Castle, and that the former Crown Prince (the reigning Emperor) purchased our products.
- We sincerely produce brand-name confectionery including Okinaame (starch syrup-based candies), Kuriame (chestnut candies), and Sasaame (starch syrup candies wrapped with a bamboo leaf).
