High precision with  tolerance of ± 0.01 mm and in a thickness of 0.1 t
We can perform high-precision cutting of materials with a tolerances of ± 0.01 mm and thicknesses of 0.1 t , or modify existing products in units of 0.01 mm. We even cut or modify a single item. As for surface treatments, we are ready to meet our customers' requirements with methylene vapor deposition, plating, alumite treatment, blast finishing, coating and more.
Cutting work suitable for a variety of materials
We can perform cutting and molding of a variety of materials, including general-purpose plastics, engineering plastics, super engineering plastics, almost all types of resins (such as thermosetting resins), nonferrous light metals, die casting materials (such as magnesium, zinc, and aluminum), and soft materials (such as rubber and elastomer). 
Automated 24-hoiur production system 
Using a hybrid program system built using our proprietary clamping technology and a Monozukuri Subsidy, we have established an automated 24-hour production system. Under this production system, we deliver high-precision products which can satisfy clients in the shortest delivery times possible.
