Introduction of business content and product/technology outline
Business content/features
Our company was founded as a manufacturer related to the assembly of electronic parts in 1981, and our activities are now focused on local companies. Our strength lies in our knowledge of the assembly of electronic parts and in the equipment that we have accumulated over many years. Gaining the trust of our customers with our product quality and delivery is a driver of repeat business. In addition, we have recently completed development of an in-house product (a shoelace holder), and our activities are now aimed at manufacturing and selling it as a product that is useful for senior citizens.
Overview of main products and technologies
Our current business mainly involves dies and molds for plastics and the design and manufacture of jigs and tools (external cooperating factories), as well as plastic assembly and soldering work. In addition, we used our experience that we have accumulated to date to develop our own shoelace holder, that can be used to put on/remove shoes with one touch, as a product that can contribute to the welfare of society, by helping people such as senior citizens and people with disabilities.
Message from the representative (Efforts to develop future sales channels, intention to utilize J-GoodTech)
Development of our Rukacha shoelace holder goes back to 2012. As for the direction of the development planning for our products, we have examined the planning of products, narrowed down to those related to shoes as these are items that we use regardless of season, gender, and age. In examining issues related to shoes, we considered there are potential users who feel that tying their shoes is difficult and started developing the “Shoelace holder,” which allows you to tighten/loosen your shoelaces with a single touch. Until the product reached its current form, we cooperated with a company in Fukushima City that has a 3D printer, made prototypes repeatedly, came up with the final design.
