Tanks and piping
We manufacture a wide range of tanks and pipes for heavy electrical equipment and pipes for public facilities. We conduct airtightness inspection and PT inspection regardless of the materials, such as iron and stainless steel. We can handle materials that a 2.8-ton crane can handle. We also manufacture parts such as PCKT. We can also produce piping such as small-diameter piping of 2B size. This is our specialty, and we have confidence in our production of tanks and piping.
Heavy equipment and vehicle parts
We manufacture frames for heavy equipment and rolling stock parts for overseas markets. We have made heavy equipment frames that are 2 meters on each side, and vehicle parts that are several hundred millimeters in size. These parts are also components that require high reliability, and production of these parts is our specialty. There are many relatively small products among vehicle parts, and we can handle welding of such products without any problems.
Construction parts and various production equipment
Requests for construction parts have been increasing in recent years. We manufacture a wide range of products, from drawing shapes such as hoppers to support materials. We particularly manufacture hoppers from stainless steel and perform buff polishing on the inner surface. The size of most production equipment is from several hundred millimeters to 1 meter. We take on requests regardless of the materials (iron or stainless steel), and most requests include coating.
