Intermittent printing machines + inkjets
Variable data can be printed after printing the color background.
In addition, printing can be conducted at high-speed, unlike a standard inkjet printer.
Print background -> Variable data -> Laminate -> Extraction can be done in one pass
Color discrimination software 1 (enumerating colors)
We can convert image data captured with scanner into RGB256 colors in pixel units, and convert up to 12 colors into numerical form in the order of the larger number of pixels in each color. In addition, pass/fail decisions can be made by making comparisons with saved data.
Color discrimination software 2 (determining colors)
Software that digitizes the color of the actual item on the spot, using a digital microscope. By affixing a special sticker, brightness adjustment mounted on a general-purpose chip is used to disable white balance while avoiding the impact of natural light.
