We have put in place an integrated processing system. We aim to be No. 1 for quality of precision sheet metal.
With the technical capability to respond to strict accuracy requirements of ±0.1 mm that we have cultivated in our telecommunications equipment business, we offer integrated processing of coating through to assembly in-house, and therefore can meet the delivery, price, and quality demands. Recently we have also been working on the integrated processing of can-manufacturing sheet metal.

[Business description] Iijima Press Ltd. performs precision sheet metal processing, coating and assembly, and manufactures communications equipment, electrical equipment housing and escalator/elevator parts. We can do everything from sheet metal processing to coating and silk printing in-house, so we can flexibly support the desired quality, delivery date and cost. [Characteristics] We have an integrated processing system in place for handling precision sheet metal processing, coating, silk printing, and assembly to finished goods. We process products for various industries, with our business areas including communications equipment, housing for electrical equipment, escalator/elevator parts, medical equipment, analytical parts and housing, semiconductor inspection equipment, and foodstuffs.

Message from the representative
Iijima Press is a company that, as the company name suggests, was established as a pressing company in Sumida Ward, Tokyo in 1958. However, the manufacturing industry has changed greatly in the last 50 years, and we have also switched to manufacturing that suits the times, changing from pressing to precision sheet metal processing. In addition, we are putting our efforts into coating treatment and assembly, and have built an integrated processing system that does not depend on external contractors.
