Processing technologies 
Multi‐spindle machining
We are equipped with several multi-spindle machines including 6-axis machining systems. Highly precisely drilling a lot of holes at a time enables cost reduction and short delivery deadlines. 
Processing various materials
We are able to process not only various types of printed circuit boards (double-sided boards, high multilayer substrates, and flexible boards), but also various other materials.
Flexible production system
By using 27 punching machines, we are able to perform processing around the clock. 
We effectively perform mass production processing and are able to deliver products in short delivery deadlines.

Maintenance
[Processing machines]
For our technologies to constantly be achieved at the same level, we believe that maintaining the condition of our processing machines is important. In order to maintain the accuracy and condition of the processing machines at the level of new ones to the extent possible, we periodically perform detailed maintenance on them. 
[Grinding used drills in house]
We grind used drills in house by using manual or automated grinding machines. 
Managing cutting edge accuracy in-house leads to high-level quality assurance.
[Formation of systems]
[Production management system]
The system uniformly manages production processes ranging from order reception to product delivery. We strictly manage delivery deadlines.

[Manufacturing management system]
We have constructed our original manufacturing management system, the "DNC （Direct Numerical Control） system". 
The system visualizes the entire manufacturing process and effectively operates the 27 processing machines.
Quality assurance system
Needless to say, we have obtained the ISO 9001 certification. Furthermore, we strictly perform quality inspection that includes checking hole positions, hole diameters, and the number of holes.
