Product Advantages
We have thin-wall machining technology for large precision work and provide high-quality large products. The thin-wall machining technology allows us to carve out multiple pieces from a single material, thereby reducing material costs. Also, we help our customers reduce their post-processing by providing high-quality products.
Quality Control System
We have the technology to produce large diameter products with high quality (roundness of 0.05 or less) and are fully equipped with 3D measuring instruments to ensure complete quality control. In addition, we have obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards certification.
Environmental Initiatives
•Acquisition of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System certification.

•Energy conservation in our plants
Replaced the plants' lighting from mercury lamps to LEDs (installed in May 2017)

•Improvement of the plant environment
Installed a roof sprinkler system to reduce the plants' room temperature in summer (installed in July 2016)

•Improvement of the plants' surrounding environment
Promotion of greening and tree planting around the plants (since 2007)

•Introduction of air conditioning in the plants
Introduced air conditioning to our plants (Nara No. 2 Plant in September 2017; Nara No. 1 Plant in November 2018; Hirano Plant in April 2019)
