[Surface treatment] From polishing to painting

A strength of our company is that our predecessor was a factory for buffing polishing, and we still carry out in-house buffing polishing processing.

Buffing polishing is a process that adds value to sheet metal products by polishing the surface of the metal to a mirror-like finish with lines as fine as a hair (hairlines).

The products look beautiful and have a higher degree of finishing. Mirror surface buffing polishing makes it possible to achieve a #1600 mirror finish, which is not available on the market.

Our experienced technicians in our specialized buffing polishing factory can respond to various requests.

Based on sheet metal, we engage in buffing polishing, painting, plating, and various other kinds of surface treatment to meet your requirements.

In manufacturing various products, the basis of our quality assurance is to continuously implement two basic principles: always deliver identical products, and always make improvements.

Our goal is to reduce variation to the absolute minimum, and process variation is always a problem in manufacturing. 

When we receive an order for a product, we will make proposals during the initial manufacturing process regarding ease of production and issues that may lead to variation, and solve them as soon as possible for ease of production.

We also provide thorough process assurance at each step of the manufacturing process, which leads to overall assurance for even higher quality.
