We manufacture precision metal press dies and perform metal pressing (die cutting, bending and drawing) to provide parts to the industries of transportation equipment such as automobiles, general equipment, and electrical machinery. [Business description]
• Metal pressing: We mainly perform automatic pressing and single-shot pressing. We perform automatic pressing for progressing pressing and single-shot pressing for products for which it is difficult to perform automatic pressing in terms of shapes and low-volume production. • Characteristics: We excel in drawing (round, square, irregular, etc.) and can perform pressing and tapping in dies at the same time. Shortening of processes: Our main materials are iron plates and treated steel sheets and also use stainless steel, aluminum and copper. The thickness of iron plates is 0.5 to 6.0 and that of stainless steel is 0.5 to 3.0. • Secondary pressing after pressing: We have cooperating plants for surface treatment such as heat treatment, plating and coating. We perform plasma welding and NC lathe processing for mass production as in-house secondary processing. • Features of our NC lathe processing: We perform machining in mass production using products for which drawing is performed, and excel in machining of “thin pipe-shaped products.” Internal dimensional accuracy (example): ⌀140.0 −0.02 to 0.07 ⌀114.0 0 to +0.05 • Trial manufacturing of precision sheet-metal: We can perform trial manufacturing in an integrated system using blank cutting by laser processing, bending by NC benders, and argon welding. Manufacturing of dies is not necessary for small-volume production. We can process large sheet metal and manufacture casings. • Laser processing machines: performance: Materials: minimum size: 4×8 plates (1219 x 2438 mm); iron plate thickness: 0.1 to 12.0; stainless steel plate thickness; 0.1 to 9.0; aluminum plate thickness: 1.0 to 5.0 • Manufacturing of precision press dies: We manufacture dies in-house for single-shot and progressive pressing. We manufacture precision dites using technology we have accumulated over many years.
