Ofa Co.,Ltd.

High-strength titanium alloys from Ofa

[Business content/characteristics]
Production of nonferrous metal materials and products such as titanium and titanium alloy. Our distribution/processing business is specialized in titanium, which is rare in Japan. We offer an integrated process that runs from prototype to mass production, and includes material procurement, processing, and surface treatment.

[Overview of our main products/technology/goods/services and examples of their uses.]
While our main products are the accessories for motorcycles (e.g., mufflers), in recent years, we have been actively entering markets for medical equipment, food facilities, and semiconductor manufacturing machine parts.
In addition to machining (NC lathe and machining center) and sheet-metal processing (pressing and welding), we offer titanium surface improvement treatment i.e., “FG treatment,” which results in high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
