Dissolved ozone concentration meter
● The dissolved ozone concentration meter has a unique cell structure not subject to the impacts of bubbles and has excellent pressure resistance. ● Simple calibration with a check plate is possible. ● Our company provides ultraviolet-absorption measuring instruments for measuring ozone concentrations in water. Our product lineup includes the separation type, portable type, no-indication type, and microcomputer type.
Ozone water decomposer
● This product decomposes ozone water by using an UV lamp to separate dissolved ozone. This is mainly used to decompose pure ozone water that is used in the semiconductor or LCD manufacturing process ● The ozone water decomposition efficiency: 90% min 〔Liquid temperature: 20℃, flow rate: 8L/min, concentration: 80 mg/L, pH 6 or less, 15MΩ・cm or more)
