Co-owned factory for integrated manufacture of aircraft engine parts
We run a factory for integrated manufacture, which includes non-destructive inspection and special processes, of aircraft engine parts. We can process large parts up to ø1,300 mm and are good at cutting difficult-to-cut materials such as heat resistant alloys. As for non-destructive inspection, we have obtained an international certification (NADCAP) for fluorescent penetrant inspection.

While mainly cutting large parts of heat resistant alloys, etc., in our premises, we can also perform integrated manufacture which includes special processes and non-destructive inspection. -For non-destructive inspection, we have obtained an international certification (Nadcap). -We can accept orders for surface treatment thanks to cooperation with nearby factories (which have obtained a Nadcap certification). -We have a broaching machine and a shot peening device.
Introduction of robots has reduced manpower and cost.
Excellent cost effectiveness is achieved in an integrated manner thanks to unmanned machining through IoT technology, unmanned carriers (an FMS system), etc., and to cooperation with local companies.
