"Toromi Chan" is powdered dogtooth violet starch employing a technology uniquely developed by us (the vibration granulation method). When thickening soup, dogtooth violet starch usually needs to be dissolved in water to avoid clumping. However, just sprinkling this product on the soup thickens it. The raw material consists solely of potatoes produced in Hokkaido. The product contains no additives. It is used for thickening soup and coating fried food.
