Business content/features
We mainly conduct precision sheet-metal processing/machining/assembly (OA equipment, communication equipment, medical equipment, housing facilities, automotive parts, production line facilities, and product development) from prototype to mass production, laser machining, NCT (NC-controlled turret punch pressing) processing, bending with benders, and welding/spot welding. The facilities we own include a production management system, blanking machines, benders, welders, deburring machines, tapping machines, presses and caulking machines.
Overview of main products and technologies
We are adept at bending for blasting machines, gate panels, medical equipment, semiconductor devices, measuring devices and commercial printers. Moreover, we use TECHS-BK production management software, which is designed for high-mix low-volume processing, to realize integrated management that covers everything from order acceptance and arrangement to shipment and ensures accurate delivery times through progress management at each stage. In our programming processes, we produce efficient processing data by utilizing 2D CAD/CAM automatic programming devices, 3D design CAD, and SheetWorks.

For the 47 years since our establishment in September 1974, we have focused on precision sheet-metal processing. We can accommodate orders “from prototype to mass production," and for complex and precise bending of various materials such as iron, stainless steel, copper and aluminum, by combining the expert skills that we have acquired over the years with the latest facilities. We boast skills that can accommodate everything from small parts for medical equipment to large products with lengths of about 3m, and thickness from 0.3mm to more than 10mm. In November 2015, "Yamada Co., Ltd." was newly created to succeed these skills and the will of our founder. Under the new management, we are working even harder toward quality improvement and increased customer satisfaction.
