Description and features of business
We mainly process metal parts for the fields of automobiles and acoustic products. We are actively working on improvement of processing, adoption of automatic inspection equipment, stable quality, and cost reduction to meet customer requirements. With respect to applications, we manufacture parts of automobiles, acoustic products, home electronics appliances, industrial machinery, agricultural machinery, and so on. Regarding materials, we can process products of a wide variety of materials such as chrome molybdenum steel, stainless steel, free-cutting steel, carbon steel, difficult-to-machine steel, aluminum, brass, and phosphor bronze.
Overview of main products and technology
We are working on improvement of processing by reviewing processes and improving lines and processing equipment. We started to use automatic inspection equipment in order to ensure a stable quality management system without the need for any manpower. With respect to stable quality and cost reduction, we have accumulated unique knowhow for them by manufacturing dedicated unique equipment and making use of our equipment design capabilities, which are the basis of our technological capabilities. We also propose aluminum parts as needed for weight reduction.

Since we started our business more than 60 years ago, we have continued to expand to new fields rather than relying on our past track record. While making use of knowhow for manufacture of parts of audio products, which was our main business, we started to work on manufacture of various products in the fields of automobiles, industrial machinery and the environment, using new technology.
