We are the manufacturer of "Nishio Matcha" which is certified as a GI ( geographical indication) and a regional brand. We perform processes from Matcha cultivation to Matcha manufacture as well as export, in an integrated fashion, which is rare among Matcha manufacturers in Japan. Our factories have acquired the FSSC22000 (Food Safety Management System) certification. We manufacture Matcha in a sanitary environment and are equipped with traceability as well as quality management systems.
