Nowadays,  high-value-added products are being sought after in many different industries. As such, Micro Seiki Co., Ltd. is producing large quantities of vital components with high-precision and high-quality, applying quality control at the micron level using cutting-edge machine tools. In doing so, we make a wide-ranging contribution to society. Making full use of the machining technology that we have cultivated since our foundation, we deal in products such as medical surgery instruments, special edged tools, Collet chucks, precision jigs, parts of ultra-hard molds and dies, and prototype precision parts. Our company is equipped with equipment such as high-precision vertical machining centers, an NC high-speed milling machine, a combined lathe, a CNC precision automatic turning machine, an NC wire-electrical discharge machine, and surface grinding machines.

Summary of main products and  technologies

We produce various surgical instruments made of titanium, stainless steel, and resin. For special edged tools, we can perform ultra-hard, high-speed, and stainless steel machining. As for Collet chucks, we deal in special Collet chucks, bushings, abrasion resistance Collet chucks, and retainers (various Collet chucks with cemented carbide are available). In precision jigs, we can meet a variety of needs, such as ultra-hard abrasion resistant jigs, jigs made of various materials or difficult-to-cut materials, and various kinds of surface processing. In terms of ultra-hard molds and die components, we can handle ultra-hard parts, steel parts, and more

Since our founding, we have worked hard to develop skilled engineers, and our accumulated expertise has been highly evaluated and steadily developed. Micro Seiko Co., Ltd. satisfies clients with its all-round merits. These include prototypes for IC-related parts, vehicle engine parts, office equipment, medical device components, jigs and tools for each mass production process, mold parts machining, purchased products, surface treatments, assembly inspection and more. In order to produce products that progress day by day, we have established micro technology and micro-related services under the slogan of "Harmony, Technique, and Creation." In doing so, we will meet our clients' needs by producing high-value-added products and actively training new engineers.
