Our company produces resin parts from a minimum of one piece within a short lead time. This is done through cutting, vacuum casting, stereo lithography, powder lamination, mold making, injection molding, and other means.

Cutting and processing
Our company has manufactured a variety of products using machining tools such as machining centers, and engraving machines. This includes articles from general-purpose engineering plastics to super engineering plastics. We take on orders in any lot size, from one piece in new product development to several thousand in mass production. [Examples of past machining projects] General-purpose engineering plastics: ABS, POM, PP, MC nylon, PA, PA + GF, and A. Super engineering plastics: PTFE, PEEK, and PPSU. If you are changing the design or shape of existing moldings we can modify the base material and handle cutting and assembly with different parts.
Vacuum casting
This is a method where you take the shape of the product you want to replicate with silicon rubber and use it for molding without making a mold. This is ideal for preparing 20 to 30 pieces.* *We use PP, ABS, acrylic, elastomer, and equivalents as the material of the replicated product.
Mold making and injection molding
We design and manufacture injection molds. We use iron, ZAS, aluminum, and so on for the mold materials, considering the product characteristics and the required quantity, manufacturing period, and price. We can try out different molding conditions and materials during the molding phase, and mass-produce moldings. Our available molding machines are from 50-ton to 850-ton in scale, including those of our partner factories.
