[Business description and features]

With the technological support of Stella RTec, which has strength in developing the world’s only products, we established the company that manufactures and sells Taco Pad (electric vacuum suction pad). Through the sales of Taco Pad, which utilizes the vacuum suction technology, we contribute to the improvement of work environment (safety work) and labor productivity (shortened work hours) for aerial workers. We participated in the development of Tenryu-Vmin, a robot capable of moving on a vertical wall, and also have provided technological expertise to promote renewable natural energy, such as wind power generation. Using Tenryu-Vmin, a robot capable of moving on a vertical wall to carry inspection equipment, we support maintenance providers of wind power turbines, enabling them to perform maintenance operations safely and simplify their work process. With our world-leading vacuum suction technology and robot track motion technology, we will contribute to the improvement of construction sites and infrastructure conservation/inspection maintenance fields.

The world-leading vacuum suction technology and robot track motion technology possessed by Stella RTec are the technologies that constitute the foundation of our products. We are a sister company of Stella RTec, and these patented technologies are licensed by Stella RTec. Our main product is Taco Pad to which our vacuum suction technology is utilized. The world’s first all-in-one handheld type electric suction pad with the maximum consecutive suction time of seven hours, which sticks to various surface materials, uneven surfaces and round surfaces. It used for maintenance works of building outer walls (gondola work, rope work) and wind power turbines. In addition, our Tenryu-Vmin, a self-propelled robot capable of moving on a vertical wall, which was newly developed with the Monozukuri craftsmanship subsidy, is lighter by 8 kg compared with other inspection robots and is able to move itself on the inspection subject. It is expected to be used in maintenance of wind power towers.

Although we have a short history as a company, we will contribute to the improvement of work environment and labor productivity for maintenance businesses that take opportunities in markets with growth prospects, such as gondola market, building maintenance market, wind power market, construction machines market through the manufacturing and sales of Taco Pad (electric vacuum suction pad), and small wall surface self-propelled robots. Despite our differentiated technologies and products, we are a small company and our sales have not expanded significantly. However, we are proactively participating in exhibitions, including WIND EXPO 2017 and New Technologies and Services Exhibition 2017 to present our products and expand sales channels. We are planning to expand our business by engaging in business activities with major companies and entering into overseas markets, and are expecting to capture such business opportunities by utilizing J-GoodTech.
