We are a housebuilder located in Hokkaido. We mainly design and sell custom homes, but meet various house-related needs such as selling real estate and renting out owned houses. In addition to providing high-performance and energy-saving houses at reasonable prices, we provide services, which satisfy customers, under the theme of "affluent houses". Through these activities, we contribute to the local community.

Supporting "living" by providing various house-related services
We mainly design and sell custom homes, but have established a system for meeting various house-related needs such as selling real estate, renting out owned houses (rentable houses certified by the Japan Trans-housing Institute [JTI, a general incorporated association]), running the Able Network Iwamizawa Shop, dealing in solar power generation, and providing loans for house reforms, solar system introduction, etc.
Housing performance that supports comfortable houses
Mainly utilizing the technology of the "FAS (Fukuchi Airkurala System) construction method", we provide our original custom houses, which improve performance required of comfortable houses, under the brand "HYBRID DAN". Furthermore, "HYBRID DAN TECHNO", which is a combination of "HYBRID DAN" and the technology of Panasonic Techno Structure, is highly resistant to earthquakes. It is our original construction method in which the mechanism of healthy houses and resistance to earthquakes are improved.
Obtaining prizes and certifications that demonstrate our achievements 
The high-performance of our custom houses and our achievements have been recognized: we won the Award for Excellence in the House of the Year in Energy 2014, won the Special Award for Excellence in the House of the Year in Energy 2017, 2018, as well as 2019, were awarded by FAS member housebuilders for the highest number of houses constructed with the "FAS construction method" for 8 consecutive years, and were certified as an excellent company in "Internet A Level" issued by TOKYO SHOKO RESEARCH, Ltd. Above all, we believe that continuous communication with customers, with whom we have so far been linked by fate, demonstrates the high-performance and achievements.
