Ultrahigh-precision aluminum machining from prototyping to mass production

Our company offers material arrangement, prototyping, mass production, and coating as a one-stop service mainly for aluminum die casting and aluminum casting.

Our founder used to be an engineer for the former Nakajima Aircraft Company. He became independent and founded an engine manufacturing company. Since then, our company has specialized in precision machining, and has been growing with our customers.
We now specialize in machining engines and chassis for racing machines, as well as high-precision parts for next-generation automobiles, automobile turbine blades, and vessel radio equipment. We are supporting Japanese monozukuri manufacturing mainly in the Kanto area.

Long-cultivated technical and equipment capabilities enable such manufacturing. In particular, our company owns many leading precision machine tools and provides customers with products of high quality and accuracy.

Our three factories (Tanashi, Okegawa, and Hidaka) have a standard management system based on ISO9001 (2015). We have established a backup system and it is now providing products stably.

In future, we are aiming to be a leading Japanese company in ultrahigh-precision machining technologies by emphasizing large equipment (maximum machining size: X3200, Y1400, Z660) and enabling all kinds of machining.

Our Tanashi Factory has an environment capable of handling any kind of processing by making the most of 10 five-axis processing machines made by Matsuura Machinery.
We meet needs for tracing machine engines and wireless equipment that require ultrahigh precision and any other kinds of needs by using our long-cultivated technical capabilities.

Large-scale processing

Portal machining centers made by Mazac were implemented early at Okegawa Factory and Hidaka Factory. We accept orders for the largest-scale machining work in Northern Kanto.
