Up until now, in GUI development there was no choice but to use standard parts prepared in Windows IDEs, etc., so it was only possible to implement conventional things.
GUI development for Linux-based equipment, which lacks a GUI development environment, required more man-hours and highly skilled developers.
Our VCD system responds to these issues, with a structure that can be executed in various environments such as Linux, RTLinux, and Android OS, which runs on a hypervisor.
For this reason, in the field of telematics, it can be used to create a wide range of content for telematics-related devices, which will continue to evolve and expand in the future, such as advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), HMI-related devices, and automobile information terminals and car navigation apps.

Dietary Questionnaire System for Giving Dietary Guidance to Diabetes Patients
In the development of the "Dietary Questionnaire System for Giving Dietary Guidance to Diabetes Patients", we solved multiple technical issues in a short period of time, and completed the meal inquiry system (using the monozukuri craftsmanship subsidy in 2014). These issues included tablet computer app development, simple database development for PCs, mutual communication, online conversion, and security.
In this medical questionnaire system, the person receiving nutritional guidance only needs to enter the answers to the medical questionnaire displayed on the tablet terminal for about 15 minutes. With this system we succeeded in calculating nutrient intake that has very high correlation with the calculation results of nutrient intake calculated from conventional meal content records.
We achieved this by compiling interview techniques of various experienced registered dietitians and implementing them into the system.
