Features of Kowa Foundry

With KDM lines, AMF lines, and EMJ lines installed, we can accommodate any forms. We accommodate our customer’s needs.

For casting molds, we can use wooden molds, aluminum molds and resin molds. We accept orders for new production and relocation of existing molds.

For materials, we accommodate FC and FCD. We are also available for consultation regarding other materials.
We take all measures to control material quality by setting QC meters in front of a furnace, emission spectrophotometers and other tools.

BURN FLOWER next-generation stove

The global wood stove market is monopolized by European and US brands at the moment. With the concept of combustion structure, design and coloring that can compete in the global market, and combining the casting technology of Kowa Foundry, a casting manufacturer, and Nakata’s combustion technology, we started our development process. In 2014, we succeeded in developing enamel coating in-house, and achieved the world’s first pearl enamel coating for wood stoves. World's first spherical processing of heat-resistant glass was realized with the technological cooperation from a glass manufacturer in Osaka. All our products are “made in Japan” and results of collaborations. We completed a next generation stove “Burn Flower” that will be marketed internationally.
