By utilizing the capabilities of machines, we solve problems of companies.
We manufacture a variety of parts indispensable to the manufacturing of vehicles of leading manufacturers. The parts include those related to bodies or underbodies of vehicles and functional parts requiring high-precision processing. By cooperating with seven metal mold manufacturers and four prototype manufacturers, we produce press molds for the parts to be manufactured by us, produce prototypes, design jigs, and engage in other work.

Quality
We are equipped with a variety of measuring equipment. We perform high-precision measurement in our company, stably delivering reliable quality products. In order to perfectly meet clients' requirements for quality, we carefully discuss necessary matters with clients beforehand, and perform high-precision measurement on manufactured products in our company. We are equipped with a variety of measuring equipment that can perform high-precision measurement. The equipment includes 3D measurement equipment, contour shape measuring machines, and image measuring machines. Our standards for performing measurement are equivalent to the standards of clients. Through the measurement, we provide reliable quality products.
Cost competitiveness
We are making efforts to reduce costs by utilizing cutting-edge machinery and equipment and a production system that greatly saves manpower. By actively introducing machinery and saving manpower, we have now established a production system in which approximately 30 workers operate a total of more than 90 machines including press machines and resistance welders. We have introduced machining centers for mass-production processing to initiate machining, promoting activities for cost reduction. By proposing more effective processes and independently procuring materials, we contribute to the reduction of costs (including labor costs) of clients.
