While our relationship with our customers is important to us, our relationship of mutual support with our suppliers is equally important. For that reason, our suppliers are willing to accept our requests for an extremely short delivery time, so we can perform speedy work as if we had the materials ready in stock in advance. Moreover, even inside our company, we are not always utilizing our machines at full capacity. Nevertheless, we can readily respond to urgent requests at any time, enabling us to achieve a short delivery time, which highly efficient large-scale factories cannot do.
We have been working by focusing on surface roughness for many years, so we specialize not only in our machinery but also in our tools for the job. A surface roughness of 1.6 s can be achieved by only cutting without polishing. Depending on the material and place of the workpiece, it can be finished to 0.8 s, so it may be possible to help with drastic cost reduction and delivery time reduction by omitting the polishing process.
