Our µ-MIM technology realizes higher precision than other metal powder injection molding (MIM) methods.

μ-MIM achieves a higher precision level than machining. The deciding factor is the binder. With MIM, metal powder is mixed with resin binder before injection molding. This binder is a vital element that determines the limit in the component's shape and precision. Our company adjusts this binder in-house, so we can form irregular or detailed shapes that other companies cannot create.
