We handle various types of collet chucks. Various shapes are available including shrunk, expanded, brazed, round, square, and so on. For spiral parts, we handle all processes until final polishing finish and plating finishing. We can also handle post-plating forming and grinding, along with cylindrical grinding. For precision parts, we can handle any shape if you provide us with drawings or CAD data.
Design and manufacturing of various molds
If you have specifications, we can design and manufacture various types of molds such as die-cast, press, and so on. We have built up more than 45 years of experience in mold manufacturing.

We have the technology and equipment for machining Inconel, Hastelloy, and other high-nickel materials. We are experienced in machining sintered tungsten and titanium materials. We can also handle heat-treated products (high-speed steel, SKD11, SKS, SCM, SUS440C, etc.). We can handle various heat treatments including general tempering, carburizing and quenching, induction quenching, and nitriding.
