Sales Pitch

Hard chrome plating

Normal plating
Chrome plating has superior wear resistance, lubricity, rust resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is applied on sliding surface hydraulic parts and used in dies and molds.  The hardness of our electroplating is approximately 950 in Vickers’ hardness.  Its high quality has earned praises.  We are capable of plating rounded or squared objects on the inner or outer diameter, and partial plating.

Thick plating
Polishing and plating scratches and dents on, for instance, parts of devices that are being overhauled, implying that the part’s original size can be restored.  We are capable of applying thick plating to products within demanding geometrical tolerances, dimensional tolerances, and surface roughnesses.  
Subsequent to the thick plating, we conduct in-house polishing and buffing to achieve the exact measurements required. 

Removal
We can remove plating layers when a plated section needs to be processed again or new plating is required owing to the deterioration of the previous plate. 
At our company we mainly use polishing, hydrochloric acid exfoliation, and electrolytical exfoliation to remove plating.  Generally, hydrochloric acid treatment is used for removal; however, electrolysis treatment can be used for relatively large pieces. 
Furthermore, we use cylindrical grinders to remove plating through polishing whenever possible. 

Precision machining

Processing of round objects

Processing of squared objects
We can achieve high-precision processing with gate type/horizontal machining centers and general-purpose machines (milling machines and radial drill machines).

Polishing

Plane polishing
We achieve finished surfaces with highly precise surface roughness and measurements using a plane grinder.  We also perform special processing using jigs. 
As we use magnetic chucks, we are capable of processing magnetic materials.

Cylindrical polishing
We also perform processing before and after chrome plating.  Prior to the plating, we make the surface suitable, and after the plating, we perform processing to achieve the required measurements and treat the plated surface. 
We are also capable of achieving clean surfaces without changing the size through plating after scratch removal polishing.

Buff polishing
We are capable of mirror polishing that gives the material a glossy surface. 
We perform this step after the chrome plating. The benefits include glossy and clean surfaces, improvements in lubricity and the removal of micro burrs.
We perform surface finishing after plating of noncylindrical, uneven, or complex shapes with manual buffing.

Special cylinders
With our many achievements and abundant experiences, we can produce hydraulic cylinders for any purpose, including servo cylinders, presses, iron and steel making machines, and industrial machinery.  (Currently, we do not produce vehicular cylinders.)

We can support everything from design to production of hydraulic units that are suited to your machine facility and hydraulic devices such as on-site piping. 

Repair/overhauling of hydraulic cylinders
Our company mainly conducts the design of hydraulic cylinder/labor-saving equipment, and we offer precision machine processing, hard chrome plating, assembly, and performance testing, in addition to our proposals for hydraulic cylinder repairs/durability improvements.
