Progressive Pressing
Integrated production: from die design to progressive die feeding, and from one-shot press work to low-temperature annealing, degreasing, cleaning, surface treatment, assembly, packaging, and shipping.
We handle all kinds of materials and shapes with our press dies and processing technology cultivated through the production of thin plate springs.

Multi-forming
Miyagawa Spring manufactures leaf springs and wire springs using multi-forming machines. For more than 40 years, we have been involved in multi-forming processing. Based on this technology, we deliver products that delight our customers. We also update equipment constantly and have an extensive lineup of small to large machines to meet customers' needs.

Miyagawa Spring's Multi-Forming: Four Features
1. High yield
In multi-forming, material width can be used as product width.
=> Improves yield and reduces material cost.
2. Processes complex shapes.
The machine can process from 360 degrees around.
=>Since squeezing and bending are avoidable, the workpiece seldom gets scratches, and its bending degrees are more uniform.
=> Makes it easy to handle complex shapes, such as circles and S-shapes.
3. Combined processing
=> By installing attachments, complex processing such as welding, tapping, and caulking becomes possible.
4. Die used in multi-forming
=> They are manufactured in-house. You can reduce the cost of dies as we have standardized some of the die parts.
CNN Bender
Miyagawa Spring uses two CNC wire benders to manufacture nearly 100 types in high-mix, small-lot production.
