Ebetsu Flour Milling Co., Ltd.

We create value by developing flour that never existed before and flour that cannot be found anywhere else. This is done by making use of the quality and characteristics of wheat produced in Hokkaido, such as Haruyutaka.

Flour is used for various purposes, such as ramen, udon noodles, bread, and sweets. We need to use an appropriate type of wheat and a method to grind it according to its purpose. We have been conducting R&D on wheat produced in Hokkaido for over 30 years. We have extensive knowhow for making use of its quality and characteristics. We develop flour that never existed before and flour that cannot be found anywhere else to satisfy customer needs. 
We have been in business for over 70 years. We continue to create new value from wheat produced in Hokkaido to satisfy the needs of each era and customer.

We develop products using local wheat produced in Hokkaido and create a market for wheat produced in Japan. We have contributed to expanding the popularization of wheat produced in Japan. 
We make use of our accumulated flour milling knowhow to produce value-added flour.
Custom-made flour (PB and OEM)
We have an F-ship small flour milling plant for 1 ton of wheat, stone mill, mixing machine, and other equipment. We can manufacture original products at low volumes. We also grind organic wheat, wheat produced in a limited area, and rare varieties of wheat.
