Delicacies born from our passion for development

Our company is famous for producing delicacies made from seafood, and also for our sweets as well as meat and dairy products.

We have established a wide range of products to meet the demands of our customers, such as saffron cod, codfish, salmon products, squid, octopus, shellfish, seaweed, meat and meat products, dried fruit, beans, cheese, dairy products, assorted products, chilled products, gift packages, and other snack items. In addition, we offer a lineup of various gift products in our Kita no Hako (North Box) series.

Selling points

We analyze in advance the hazards that may occur at each stage of production, processing, and distribution according to the HACCP standards. We enhance the safety of our products by establishing thorough management standards.

Our standard products, such as peanuts and our hot-selling Sake Toba salmon jerky, are widely sold in supermarkets and for commercial use. We have a well-established management system from production to distribution.

Sales are composed of 70% from within Hokkaido and 30% from outside Hokkaido (including Asian countries). OEM sales account for about two-thirds of total sales.

In addition to OEM of existing products, prototype development is available through our R&D department.
