Punching/laser products Previously, these have been made by manually using a flat drill and a drilling machine for countersinking. However, this method has several drawbacks, including a decrease in the number of experts who can sharpen the drills, issues caused by unstable product measurements, and safety problems across the process. Therefore, we have successfully attempted to employ a crushing method that uses punching laser machines to achieve automation. A particular challenge to solve was the problem of deformation in iron bodies caused by the stress that was generated when the iron was moved to place each of the 23 countersinks on each product. Solving this issue took one and half years. World first pressure plates made by multifunction machines Shortest in the world (Technology that has achieved a 2.4-mm bending height) Previously, the workpiece was first bent to a height of 8 mm using a bender and then cut with press to 2.4 mm. Thus, two steps were required to achieve the measurement. However, there were problems such as the time it takes to achieve the measurement with press cutting, materials wasted owing to mistakes, and safety problems in the process. Therefore, we successfully attempted to develop a special bending mold that can provide the shortest bending in the world using a new method that achieves a 2.4-mm bending height using a bender in a single step. Development of a mold that enables even heights on both the left and the right took one year of continuous improvements to the mold. R-bending with a bender This product involves R-bending using a bender without making a mold. It is suitable for customers who require a high-mix low-volume production. As the work is extremely delicate, we have worked hard to improve our skill in minimizing defects and discovering the key points of the processing. Rounding with pressing Initially, triple rollers were used for rounding. However, following requests for improved productivity and reduced processing cost from our customers, we have developed a special press mold and have succeeded in reducing the processing times. Pipe bending with pressing As general-purpose benders cannot satisfy the quality requirements for bended-pipe products that we receive from our customers, we have developed a low-cost bending mold in-house. It has achieved the required quality as well as the cost reduction and has successfully resulted in improved customer satisfaction.
