VE for current parts using screw press parts

Tange has used press processing to make insert nuts as part of its “ultimate new method.” 
With our original production method for composite progressive dies and molds with integrated tapping devices and automatic pressing, we are creating new values that overturn conventions.  

The composite progressive dies and molds enable all-in-one processing of pressed parts that require tapping. 
　(Tapping and knurling inside the mold is possible)
Stable quality and reduced cost
Production using our composite progressive dies and molds is possible at the same cost as conventional progressive dies and molds. 
Tapping capacity, M1 - M6, up to six points can be tapped at once inside the mold. 
Workpiece size: Approximately 50 × 50 mm (depending on the number of stages in the mold).

Processing examples:
Threaded contact parts, threaded terminal parts, and threaded holder parts
