Wire drawing technology that satisfies needs

We excel at ultrafine wire drawing and precision wire drawing. We manufacture ultrafine piano wire of 30 μm in diameter and ultrafine precision wire with a diameter tolerance of ±0.1 μm by wire drawing. We offer hard steel wire and piano wire, and we can manufacture copper wire, brass wire, and alloy wire by wire drawing. We satisfy a wide range of requests for joint development and OEM supply. We make use of our technology know-how to help customers in their Monozukuri craftsmanship.

Flexible order reception and production system

We take on even single-coil or single-reel orders for plated steel wire for springs. We can ship the ordered products on the day if we receive an order in the morning. We also have a stock of saw wire, ultrafine brass wire, and other wire not meant for springs. We can provide a 50-meter or longer sample of our stock items for a charge.
